How long do eyelash extensions last?

One of the most common questions we hear at Lashesta Cebu. The short answer: a full set lasts about 4–6 weeks — but how long yours last depends on your natural lashes and how you care for them.

It all comes down to your natural lash cycle

Each eyelash extension is attached to a single natural lash. Your natural lashes are always growing and shedding — every day you lose a few and new ones grow in. When a natural lash sheds, the extension attached to it goes with it. That's completely normal and healthy.

Because everyone's lashes shed at a slightly different pace, some clients keep a fuller look for longer than others. On average, a set gradually thins over 4–6 weeks.

Why refills keep you looking full

Instead of waiting for a set to fully thin out, most clients come in for a refill every 2–3 weeks. A refill replaces the extensions that have shed and keeps your lashes looking full and fresh — and it costs less than a brand-new set. See our lash menu and refill prices.

Quality matters too. At Lashesta we use authentic Japanese lashes and adhesive, which are gentler on your natural lashes and hold beautifully in Cebu's climate.
