💧 Eyelash Extensions — the first 24 hours
Keep them dry. Avoid water, steam, sweat, saunas and hot showers for the first 24 hours so the adhesive can fully cure and bond. This is the most important step for long-lasting lashes.
- No swimming, crying, or heavy sweating for the first day.
- Avoid rubbing or touching your eyes.
- Sleep on your back if you can — pressing lashes into a pillow can bend or loosen them.
🌿 Everyday lash care
- Cleanse daily. Gently wash your lashes with a lash-safe foam cleanser and lukewarm water, then pat dry with a soft cloth. Clean lashes last longer and stay healthy.
- Brush them. Use a clean spoolie each morning to keep lashes neat and fluffy.
- Skip oil-based products and waterproof mascara near the eyes — oil breaks down the adhesive.
- No lash curlers and no picking or pulling. If a lash feels loose, let us remove it properly.
- Be gentle with cleansers, cotton pads and towels around the eye area.
💫 Lash Lift care
- Keep lashes dry for 24–48 hours after your lift.
- Avoid mascara, oil-based products and eye rubbing during this time.
- Brush gently and nourish with a lash serum to keep your natural lashes strong.
💅 Gel Nail care
- Moisturise daily with cuticle oil to keep nails and skin healthy.
- Wear gloves when cleaning or using harsh chemicals.
- Don't use your nails as tools (opening cans, peeling stickers) — it lifts the gel.
- Never peel or pick the gel off. Book a proper removal so your natural nails stay strong.
📅 Keep them flawless — book a refill
Your natural lashes shed on their own cycle, so a full set gradually thins over 4–6 weeks. A refill every 2–3 weeks replaces what's shed and keeps your look full. Gel nails are best refreshed every 3–4 weeks.
